About

Every chiropractor has a unique journey of becoming.
No matter where you are in your clinical experience, the right training can refine your hands, regulate your nervous system, and deepen the impact you have with every adjustment.

Kairos Training Culture exists to develop chiropractors who don’t just apply technique — they embody mastery. Through immersive seminars, advanced certifications, and in-depth embodied education, we train chiropractors to work with the nervous system at the highest level, integrating biomechanics, neurology, somatics, philosophy, and presence.

This is not about chasing more techniques.
It’s about cultivating precision, perception, and power — so your adjustments become clearer, your confidence stronger, and your results unmistakable.

Welcome To The Tribe

KTC Origins

Kairos Training Culture was built out of a need for higher level training, starting at the student level, with a focused original mission of "elevating the art of chiropractic, to evolve human consciousness."

After 14 years - we can confidently say that the culture has created some of the best artists in the profession, impacted thousands across the globe, and continues to grow in its offerings for humanity at large.

Why We Do It

Because chiropractic is more than technique.

It’s an art, a science, and a philosophy rooted in the intelligence of the nervous system. And yet, too many chiropractors are trained to do more while feeling less — disconnected from their bodies, their confidence, and their original purpose.

Kairos Training Culture exists to restore presence, principle, and precision.

We train chiropractors to refine their nervous systems alongside their skills, trust their hands, and deliver care that is adaptable, intentional, and grounded in integrity.

Because when the chiropractor is embodied and regulated, healing isn’t forced — it’s allowed.

Honoring The Lineage

Kairos Training Culture stands on the shoulders of those who came before us.
It is of the highest importance that we honor our mentors, acknowledge the lineage of wisdom we have received, and give credit where credit is due—while continuing to pave a path for the chiropractic generations yet to come.

Our work has been shaped by teachers who did more than pass on information. They embodied principle, curiosity, and devotion to the art and science of chiropractic. We acknowledge and honor the following mentors for their profound influence on our understanding, approach, and evolution:

  • Dr. Arno Burnier (MLS) — for introducing the concept of ease within the adjustment, refining precision and efficiency through clarity rather than force

  • Dr. Sue Brown (BGI) — whose discoveries in the geometry of the body opened deeper exploration into structure, coherence, and the development of our biotensegrity analysis

  • Dr. Katina Manning — for her playfulness, creativity, and ability to communicate through the entire system, reminding us that connection is a clinical skill

  • Dr. Susan Rossi — for her teachings on the energetic field, boundaries, and the unseen dynamics that influence healing

  • Dr. Marvin Talsky — a lighthouse in the understanding of tone, adaptability, and the intelligent range of force application

  • Dr. Jay Komarek — for introducing elements of momentum and inspiring foundational opening movements

  • Dr. Ian Davis Tremayne & Dr. Andy Forelli — for their teachings in knee chest and upper cervical care

  • Dr. Eric Goodman — whose development of Foundation Training laid essential groundwork for functional movement concepts later expanded and evolved by Dr. Lance von Stade

  • B.J. Palmer — the original artist, philosopher, and visionary who continues to influence the soul of chiropractic itself

Beyond these names are countless others—voices found in thousands of books, articles, interviews, and years of study. Over more than 14 years of exploration, Dr. Brett Jones and Dr. Lance von Stade have devoted themselves to learning, integrating, and evolving these teachings in service of the profession.

Kairos is not a departure from chiropractic tradition.
It is a continuation—refined, embodied, and alive.
